Wandering Wednesday: Quarry Hill Orchards

Happy Wandering Wednesday everyone! I am excited to announce that today is……

THE FIRST DAY OF FALL!!!! Can I get a “Woot Woot?!?!?”

Sorry… I may have gotten a little too excited, but with fall I don’t know if that’s even possible. It seems only fitting that I do a post on one of my favorite places to visit in the fall, Quarry Hill Orchards! This awesome orchard and farmers market is in Berlin Heights, OH. So sit back with your apple cider and fall candle burning, because we are about to visit the cutest orchard ever.

Whenever you arrive at Quarry Hill Orchards the first thing to greet you are their adorable Golden Retrievers Walter and Henry. See, I told you it was cute. They are super friendly and will even grab you pumpkins that they feel you should have. Yes, you read that right, they pick pumpkins for you. It’s getting even cuter right? Are you ready to see their sweet puppy faces?!?!

The orchard has many different types of apples and other fruits and vegetables freshly picked for your choosing! Look at those apples…. mmmhmmmmm…

They have some of the best apple cider you will ever drink. I’m serious. This stuff is amazing. It tastes like you just took a straw and stuck it in an apple sprinkled with cinnamon and started drinking. Sorry it’s half empty…. we couldn’t help ourselves…

And don’t even get me started on the caramel popcorn. This bag didn’t even make it all the way home. My dad, brother and I ate it within the 30 minutes it takes us to get home. Yeah, it’s that yummy.

They even have fresh honey and pure Ohio maple syrup!

Also, about a million different kinds of butters. Apple butter, pear butter, peach butter. Yum.

Behind the market area you can watch them pick the best apples of their stock and watch them clean them!

You can even take a stroll through the orchards! It’s so pretty!

They always decorate it so cute too! It’s quintessential Ohio farm country!

This place is seriously amazing and if you ever get the chance to be out in Berlin Heights definitely make a stop at Quarry Hill Orchards!
